Please fill in all of the required fields (notated by an asterisk). This information will be used to provide quick attention to your architectural request. This form will be forwarded directly to Greenacre Properties, Inc. for action.

When entering the details of your proposed alteration, please outline the details of all proposed improvements, alterations, or changes to your UNIT or LOT (home). Include the color(s), size(s), specifications, materials, location, and any other pertinent information needed by the Committee in order to make a decision.  Upload as many files as necessary to assist the ARC.
 

Please review the HOA Governing Documents regarding exterior modifications or additions to your unit for clarity.  These can be found on the HOA website under Community Documents/Covenants/Covenants & Restrictions - Amended January 2013
