About Us

Fairways of Quail Hollow is a family-oriented community maintaining a pristine appearance due to our unique maintenance plan.  Our maintenance plan is as close as possible to a maintenance free community although all dwellings are single family.  The association works diligently to keep HOA dues at an affordable level while still maintaining the level of service necessary to keep the community beautiful.

Currently, Association dues are $156 dollars per month and are due on the 1st day of each month.

All homeowners are expected to pay their association dues each month which affords them the following services:  Lawn care, Pesticide and Herbicide Treatment, Pest Control (inside and outside), Irrigation Maintenance, Trash removal, and house painting on a predetermined schedule.
 
Monthly Board meetings are scheduled and posted to the website calendar as well as posted 48 hours prior to the meeting near the entrance of the neighborhood. We encourage each homeowner to attend the monthly meetings to keep informed of what is happening within the community.  
 
Homeowners can submit service requests, Architectural Requests, and report violations of the Covenants directly from the website.  
 
We ask each homeowner to be specific in their requests to allow Greenacre Properties to minimize time in taking care of your issue or request.
 
Remember, any external work to your home must be approved by the HOA prior to being completed.  The process for an architectural review and approval takes little time and as long as the request is within the limits of the covenants, you should have no issues.  
 
Currently, street parking is a violation of the covenant as well as a violation of the Pasco County Code. Please ensure that your vehicles are not left on the streets.
